BOWL FOR KIDS SAKE

What is Bowl for Kids’ Sake?

Bowl For Kids’ Sake is Big Brothers Big Sisters’ signature fundraiser. Each year half a million people across America come together to have fun and raise money to support Big Brothers Big Sisters as we change how children grow up! Bowl For Kids’ Sake is the perfect way for individuals and corporations to make an BIG impact on our community – it only takes a little bit of effort to raise the money that is vital to our program’s success.

No bowling expertise is required, only the willingness to share in our heartfelt and sincere thanks for helping us transform our community.

How Do I Participate?

Throughout July Big Brothers Big Sisters NWA will host our  Annual Bowl For Kids’ Sake at Fast Lanes Entertaiment in Rogers.  Bowl For Kids Sake has been a signature event for BBBS NWA for the past decade, and 100% of funds raised at this event will stay in NWA to support the 400+ children, families and volunteers who have been served by our program this year.

2. Friend to friend fundraising: each team member is asked to  raise $100

Email ballen@bbbsnwa.org for more info.

What's Included?

Sponsorship will include 2 games of bowling, shoe rental, pizza, t-shirts, teambuilding, networking and LOTS OF FUN!  A team is 5 – 7 bowlers.  (You can participate as entities, branches, departments, colleagues, or friends).

Where Does the Money Go?

All money raised by Big Brothers Big Sisters of NWA stays right here to support the 400 kids and families in our community the we serve everyday.  Donations enable us to conduct background checks on volunteers, to ensure child safety; and provide ongoing support for children, families and volunteers to build life-changing friendships.

Your role in this effort to help local children can not be over stated: We need your help to raise community awareness of the challenges faced by local children, and to ask for the financial support needed to help change the trajectory of a child’s life.
