Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Arkansas has helped children realize their potential and build their futures. We help all youth achieve their fullest potential by making meaningful, professionally supported matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”), ages 7 through 18 years old. In 2021, Big Brothers Big Sisters served over 1,200 children, families, and volunteers through our 1:1 mentoring programs. Our volunteers put in over 18,000 hours guiding, supporting, and building friendships with their Littles.

We have grown to be the largest children’s mentoring organization in Northwest Arkansas and we couldn’t do any of it without you. Because of community and corporate support, all mentoring services are provided free of cost to all Bigs, Littles, and families in our program. 100% of funds raised in NWA stay local to support Bigs and Littles in Benton and Washington Counties.

Create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.

All youth achieve their full potential.

At Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Arkansas, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is an integral part of our values and mission. We recognize, affirm, and celebrate the diverse backgrounds, lives, and experiences of all of our stakeholders, including youth, families, donors, volunteers, and staff. We ensure the opportunity for all voices and perspectives to be heard and honored. In the workplace, we foster an environment where all people can be their best selves. We affirm that every person [regardless of ability, age, cultural background, ethnicity, faith, gender, gender identity, gender expression, ideology, income, national origin, race or sexual orientation, marital or veteran status] has the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.
